Description
Fairly priced parcel of land along the Route 130 corridor based on the sites development, lot characteristics and development potential. A previous, now expired wetlands survey indicates there is approximately 1.3+ acres of uplands on the site. Recent conversations with an engineering consultant indicated that the wetlands as previously delineated appear to be isolated which may allow filling under an NJDEP general wetlands permit #6.
